About the job
As the Masterdata Specialist, you will be a business representative who is accountable for developing, monitoring, guiding, and executing master data processes, enforcing the business rules and definitions being in scope of DBS Indirect Vendor Master Data Team.
As the Masterdata Specialist, you will be responsible for:
Facilitating the entry of new master data records, ensuring accurate input into the system.
Maintaining and ensuring the accuracy of master data across various systems
Performing the on-going maintenance of Vendor Master Data,
Cooperating with the internal customers,
Regular monitoring of Master Data quality and actively promoting sustainable master data culture,
Preparing reports or analysis related to Vendor Master Data,
Identifying and implementing potential improvements within the scope of master data processes,
Supporting standardization activities within the Vendor Master Data process.
About you
You are a perfect fit for this role, because you have:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Information Systems, or a related field
Very good knowledge of English, knowledge of other language would be an asset
Strong interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to work in the team
Very good Customer Service skills and strong customer driven focus
Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, prioritize and being able to fulfill lead-time KPI
Strong analytical skills with high attention to details
Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office (especially Excel), good computer literacy
Ability to work effectively both in a team and alone, and collaborate with stakeholders from diverse backgrounds
