About you
Key Responsibilities:


Develop and implement effective marketing initiatives to increase market share, maximize profitability, and uphold brand integrity.
Collaborate with creative agencies, media partners, and internal teams to ensure all marketing materials align with company standards.
Accurately analyze complex data to support decision-making in line with business objectives.
Monitor campaign performance regularly and optimize for improved results.
Prepare clear and insightful reports on campaign progress and effectiveness for management review.
Stay up to date with industry trends to design innovative strategies that support the organization’s growth objectives.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years’ experience managing and executing creative projects and campaigns from concept to completion.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
A creative mindset with a strong drive to develop innovative ideas that align with business goals.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage complex tasks effectively while working under pressure.
