Job Description:
Bayer HealthCare is seeking a proactive Supply Chain Analyst to optimize demand planning, inventory control, and logistics operations within our pharmaceutical supply network. This role is based in Whippany, NJ, and supports national distribution initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Analyze supply and demand forecasts to maintain product availability
Collaborate with procurement, production, and distribution teams
Identify supply chain inefficiencies and recommend improvements
Utilize SAP and advanced Excel for reporting and analytics
Support inventory management and compliance documentation
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, business, or engineering
2–3 years of experience in supply chain or logistics roles
Proficiency in SAP, Excel, and data visualization tools
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration abilities
