Job Description:
Lockheed Martin is hiring a hands-on Manufacturing Technician to support the production and testing of defense and aerospace hardware at our Colorado Springs location. This role offers stability, benefits, and the opportunity to work on mission-critical systems.
Key Responsibilities:
Assemble, test, and inspect mechanical and electronic systems
Follow detailed work instructions, blueprints, and safety protocols
Utilize hand tools, torque wrenches, and precision instruments
Support troubleshooting and corrective actions
Document work performed and ensure adherence to quality standards
Requirements:
High school diploma or GED required; technical certifications preferred
1+ year of experience in aerospace, electronics, or mechanical assembly
Ability to read technical drawings and follow procedures accurately
Familiarity with ESD and cleanroom protocols is a plus
U.S. Citizenship required due to government contracts
