Job Description:
Lexmark International is hiring a Manufacturing Technician to support production operations and quality assurance in our Lexington, KY facility. The role is ideal for individuals with hands-on experience in electronics assembly and troubleshooting.
Key Responsibilities:
Assemble, test, and inspect printer components and subassemblies
Diagnose and repair minor mechanical and electrical issues
Use measurement tools and testing equipment to verify quality standards
Record production data and assist with root cause analysis
Follow safety guidelines and lean manufacturing practices
Requirements:
Associate degree in electronics, mechatronics, or related technical field preferred
1+ year of experience in electronics or device assembly
Basic understanding of schematics and mechanical drawings
Comfortable with hand tools, soldering, and test instruments
Reliable, team-oriented, and quality-focused
