Job Description:
Lear Corporation is hiring a skilled Program Manager to lead cross-functional automotive seating or e-systems projects at our Southfield, MI headquarters. The Program Manager will oversee launch readiness, cost, quality, and timing across development cycles.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead program execution from concept to launch
Coordinate with engineering, purchasing, manufacturing, and quality teams
Manage customer communications and ensure satisfaction
Track and report program metrics including budgets, timelines, and milestones
Mitigate risks and resolve issues affecting deliverables
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field
5+ years of experience in automotive program or project management
Strong knowledge of APQP, PPAP, and product launch processes
Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
PMP certification or MBA is a plus
