Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and visionary Executive Assistant Manager Food & Beverage (EAM F&B) to join our luxury resort in the beautiful island of Phu Quoc, Vietnam. As the EAM F&B, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and elevating our diverse F&B operations, ensuring exceptional dining experiences for our esteemed guests.
Lead and inspire a team of F&B professionals across multiple outlets, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation
Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance F&B offerings, increase revenue, and improve guest satisfaction
Oversee menu planning, pricing strategies, and food presentation standards across all F&B outlets
Manage budgets, control costs, and optimise profitability whilst maintaining the highest quality standards
Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain impeccable hygiene standards
Collaborate with the culinary team to create unique dining concepts and seasonal promotions
Analyse market trends and guest feedback to continuously improve F&B services and offerings
Cultivate relationships with local suppliers to source high-quality, sustainable ingredients
Participate in senior management meetings and contribute to the overall strategic direction of the resort
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, or a related field
Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in F&B management roles within luxury hotels or resorts
Proven track record in successfully managing multiple F&B outlets
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop team members
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with guests and stakeholders at all levels
Proficient in financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, and profit optimisation
In-depth knowledge of food and beverage trends, with a passion for culinary excellence
Experience in menu planning, development, and innovative concept creation
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make decisive actions
Proficiency in hospitality management software and point-of-sale systems
Current Food Safety Certification
Understanding of Vietnamese cuisine and local food culture is highly desirable
Fluency in English; knowledge of Vietnamese or other Asian languages is an advantage
