Job Description:
Nautical Manufacturing & Fulfillment is seeking detail-oriented Production Assemblers to join our manufacturing line. The position involves hands-on product assembly and packaging for a wide range of consumer goods and promotional materials.
Key Responsibilities:
Assemble products according to specifications and instructions
Inspect parts and finished items for quality assurance
Package completed goods for shipment
Operate light hand tools and maintain a clean work area
Work with team members to meet daily production goals
Requirements:
Prior experience in light assembly or manufacturing preferred
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
Good manual dexterity and ability to work on repetitive tasks
Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and perform physical tasks
Punctual, dependable, and safety-focused
