Job Description:
Nautical Manufacturing & Fulfillment is hiring motivated Warehouse Associates to support order fulfillment and product handling at our Kansas City facility. This is an ideal opportunity for individuals looking to build a career in logistics and warehouse operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Pick, pack, and ship customer orders with accuracy and speed
Receive incoming inventory and verify accuracy against invoices
Maintain clean and organized warehouse zones
Use handheld scanners and WMS to process inventory
Assist with physical inventory counts and restocking
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Experience in a warehouse or order fulfillment center is a plus
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods
Detail-oriented and team-oriented with a positive attitude
Familiarity with basic computer or scanning devices
