Job Description:
W. R. Grace & Co. is seeking a detail-oriented Laboratory Technician to join our R&D and product testing team in Columbia, MD. This role supports the development and testing of advanced chemical materials used in industrial applications.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct laboratory experiments and material testing under supervision
Prepare chemical samples and maintain detailed documentation
Operate and calibrate lab instruments and testing equipment
Assist in data analysis and report generation
Follow all lab safety and regulatory guidelines
Requirements:
Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in chemistry, materials science, or related field
0–2 years of relevant lab experience
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Basic knowledge of analytical instruments and lab procedures
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
