Job Description:
Carter Express is hiring experienced Forklift Operators for our Anderson, IN facility. This position supports material handling, inventory staging, and safe movement of goods across our logistics operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Operate sit-down or stand-up forklifts to load and unload freight
Move product between storage and staging areas
Conduct daily equipment inspections and maintain safety standards
Assist with order picking and packaging when needed
Document inventory movement accurately
Requirements:
Valid forklift certification or ability to obtain one
Minimum 1 year of forklift or warehouse experience
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Familiarity with basic inventory and scanning systems
Dependable, safety-conscious, and team-oriented
