Job Description:
Launch Fulfillment is hiring motivated Warehouse Associates to join our fast-growing logistics and order fulfillment team in American Fork, UT. This is an excellent opportunity for dependable individuals seeking long-term warehouse employment in a clean and organized environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Pick, pack, and label customer orders accurately
Unload and receive incoming shipments
Assist with inventory counts and stock replenishment
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse space
Operate handheld scanners and follow fulfillment software processes
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Prior warehouse or shipping/receiving experience is a plus
Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods
Reliable, detail-oriented, and team-focused
Basic computer skills and familiarity with barcode scanning
