Job Description:
Launch Fulfillment is looking for a detail-oriented Inventory Control Specialist to oversee stock accuracy and product movement within our warehouse facility in American Fork, UT. This position is ideal for candidates with warehouse experience and a strong focus on process and accuracy.
Key Responsibilities:
Monitor inventory levels and investigate discrepancies
Perform regular cycle counts and full inventory audits
Update inventory tracking systems and reports
Coordinate with shipping, receiving, and picking teams
Ensure inventory locations are correct and clearly labeled
Requirements:
1+ year of inventory or warehouse experience preferred
Familiarity with inventory software and handheld scanners
Strong math and problem-solving skills
Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and work in a fast-paced environment
Excellent attention to detail and communication skills
