Job Description:
Bluegrass Auto Systems is seeking qualified Manufacturing Technicians to support automated production lines for automotive components in Bowling Green, KY. This role includes machine operation, troubleshooting, and quality assurance in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Operate CNC machines, robotic arms, and production equipment
Monitor production output and perform basic quality inspections
Adjust machine settings and troubleshoot issues as needed
Maintain accurate documentation and follow work instructions
Comply with all safety standards and manufacturing protocols
Requirements:
High school diploma or GED required; technical certification preferred
1–2 years of experience in a manufacturing or machine operation role
Mechanical aptitude and basic computer skills
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work standing for extended hours
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving mindset
