Job Description:
Sonoran Tech Assembly is hiring Assembly Line Workers for its electronics manufacturing plant in Tucson. This position involves assembling small components for circuit boards and devices in a clean, climate-controlled environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Assemble, solder, and inspect small electronic components
Read work instructions and blueprints to follow assembly steps
Use hand tools, microscopes, and testing equipment
Report defects or quality issues to supervisors
Maintain work area according to cleanroom standards
Requirements:
Experience in assembly or electronics is preferred but not required
Excellent manual dexterity and attention to detail
Ability to sit or stand for extended periods
English communication skills (verbal and written)
High school diploma or GED preferred
