Job Description:
Desert Valley Packaging is hiring Factory Workers for immediate openings at our Phoenix manufacturing facility. This role supports the packaging and production of consumer goods and is ideal for candidates seeking stable, hands-on factory work.
Key Responsibilities:
Operate and monitor packaging machines on the production line
Inspect products for quality and consistency
Label, box, and palletize finished goods for shipment
Maintain cleanliness and organization of work area
Follow all safety and manufacturing guidelines
Requirements:
No prior experience required – training provided
High school diploma or GED preferred
Able to lift 30–50 lbs and work on your feet during shift
Basic reading and math skills
Punctual, team-oriented, and safety-conscious
