The Boilerman Bar Munich is marketed as an independent concept and targets the neighborhood with highballs. We look forward to welcoming you as a bar manager (m/f/d) in the evening in our Boilerman Bar.

Job Description

How does your working day look like ...

You will plan the work schedule, lead the team and support your colleagues in their development
You ensure correct billing and clean administrative processes
You take responsibility for your budget and develop the bar entrepreneurially
You are a competent and open-minded contact and sparring partner for the highballers
You support your colleagues with an infectious smile when all the guests storm the bar at the same time and want a drink
You stay on top of things even when plans change spontaneously

Qualifications

Your personality counts more than your CV ...

You have gained initial management experience in a bar and speak fluent English
You can inspire your colleagues just as much as your guests. You also know your way around Munich and always have a few tips on the scene at hand
You are enthusiastic about the bar scene and bar culture and enjoy discovering new concepts
You're a doer - and openly admit when you've done something wrong
You not only bring your skills, but also your character
