Job Description:
NSK Steering Systems America is hiring Production Operators for its advanced automotive components facility in Bennington, VT. Join a global leader in steering systems and contribute to the production of high-quality parts used by top vehicle manufacturers.
Key Responsibilities:
Operate machinery and automated production equipment
Assemble steering system components per specifications
Conduct visual and quality inspections
Maintain clean and organized workstations
Follow safety procedures and work efficiently in a team environment
Requirements:
High school diploma or GED preferred
Previous manufacturing or assembly experience is a plus
Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and stand for extended periods
Basic math and reading skills required
Reliable and punctual with strong attention to detail
