Job Description:
Mississippi Cheese Straw Factory is looking for detail-oriented Packaging Associates to join its team in Yazoo City, MS. This role supports the final stages of the production process to ensure customers receive quality, well-presented products.
Key Responsibilities:
Weigh, seal, and label packages of cheese straws and cookies
Inspect finished goods for visual and weight accuracy
Assemble boxes and prep items for shipping and retail orders
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the packaging station
Follow food safety and company guidelines at all times
Requirements:
No prior experience required – training provided
Basic math and reading comprehension skills
Ability to work quickly and accurately in a repetitive task setting
Positive attitude and teamwork mindset
Ability to lift light to moderate weights (up to 25 lbs)
