Job Description:
Mizkan America is hiring a skilled Maintenance Technician to support equipment repair and preventative maintenance in its Deming, NM facility. This role is key to ensuring safe and efficient operation of production lines.
Key Responsibilities:
Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical issues on production machinery
Perform preventive maintenance on equipment and facilities
Document repairs, parts usage, and maintenance logs
Assist with installation and testing of new machinery
Follow safety and compliance standards (OSHA, GMP)
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent; technical training preferred
3+ years of industrial maintenance experience
Knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, PLCs, and motors
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and on rotating shifts
