Job Description:
GlobalReach Employment Agency, a POEA-licensed overseas recruitment firm, is hiring an experienced Overseas Job Placement Consultant to connect job seekers with opportunities in healthcare, logistics, and construction sectors abroad. This role supports applicants through the full international hiring process.

Key Responsibilities:
Conduct initial screenings and candidate interviews for overseas employers
Assist applicants with documentation, visa forms, and pre-deployment requirements
Coordinate with foreign recruitment partners to understand job requirements
Maintain accurate applicant records and ensure compliance with government regulations
Provide orientation and guidance to candidates before departure

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or a related field
2+ years of experience in recruitment or employment processing
Familiarity with POEA documentation and overseas hiring policies
Strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to work with international clients and candidates
