Job Description:
EuroAsia Global Recruitment, a licensed international staffing agency, is hiring a Talent Sourcing Specialist to support recruitment for roles in Europe, Canada, and the Middle East. The role is ideal for individuals passionate about connecting African professionals with global job opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and screen qualified candidates across industries (engineering, healthcare, skilled trades)
Collaborate with recruitment managers in Germany, Canada, and the UAE
Post jobs on regional job boards and manage social media campaigns
Maintain applicant tracking systems and communicate with job seekers
Prepare shortlists for final interviews and deployment
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Human Resources, Marketing, or a related field
Experience in sourcing or talent acquisition for international roles
Fluent in English; knowledge of French or Arabic is a plus
Proficient with LinkedIn, ATS platforms, and virtual recruitment tools
Based in Africa with stable internet and ability to work remotely
