Job Description:
AlpineTech Global Services is hiring a Customer Support Specialist to serve its English-speaking clients from our Zurich headquarters. No German language is required, and training is provided for applicants looking to enter the Swiss job market in a professional, international setting.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle email, phone, and chat inquiries from English-speaking customers
Provide support on product use, account management, and troubleshooting
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve escalated client issues
Maintain CRM records and service documentation
Ensure excellent service quality while respecting company standards
Requirements:
Fluent English speaker; other languages a plus (French or Italian)
1–2 years of experience in customer support or service roles
Strong communication, problem-solving, and multitasking skills
Valid Swiss work permit, EU citizenship, or eligible for sponsorship
