Job Description:
Core & Main is hiring a Customer Service Representative to assist clients and contractors with product orders and service inquiries at our St. Louis, MO branch. This is a customer-facing role in the water infrastructure industry that requires strong communication skills and attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities:
Process orders, quotes, and product returns accurately
Provide product information and assist with inventory availability
Coordinate with warehouse and sales teams to meet customer needs
Handle inquiries via phone, email, and in person
Resolve customer concerns promptly and professionally
Requirements:
High school diploma or GED required; associate degree preferred
2+ years of customer service or order entry experience
Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office, ERP systems)
Excellent verbal and written communication
Knowledge of plumbing, waterworks, or construction supplies a plus
