Job Description

We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Talent & Culture Executive to join our dynamic team in Baghdad, Iraq. As a key member of our Human Resources department, you will play a crucial role in shaping our organization's culture and attracting top talent.

Lead and manage the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing candidates to conducting interviews and extending job offers
Develop and implement innovative strategies to attract and retain top talent
Coordinate and conduct new employee onboarding processes, ensuring a smooth transition for all new hires
Collaborate with department managers to identify staffing needs and create job descriptions
Manage and update the company's applicant tracking system and other HR databases
Organize and facilitate employee engagement activities and events
Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures
Provide support for performance management processes and career development initiatives
Contribute to fostering a positive and inclusive workplace culture
Handle employee relations issues with empathy and professionalism
Prepare and maintain HR reports and analytics to support decision-making
Stay up-to-date with labor laws and HR best practices, ensuring compliance across all HR functions


Qualifications

Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and talent acquisition strategies
Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask effectively
Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
Familiarity with local labor laws and HR regulations in Iraq
Adaptability and flexibility to work in a fast-paced, changing environment
