Job Description
Fully integrated in the Accor Corporate Procurement department, you will report to the Director of Procurement Controlling and Risk, with responsibilities spanning both corporate and regional dimensions.
Corporate level responsibilities
Performance tracking: Monitor procurement performance and corporate P&L variances and act as a relay with accounting team for adjustments;
Decision-making support: Act as a trusted business partner, providing valuable financial insights to guide procurement strategies;
Data Accuracy and Quality: Ensure the reliability and consistency of financial data for performance management. Identify and correct discrepancies in financial reporting;
Process and tool optimization: Standardize and simplify financial and operational reporting using digital tool (Tableau).
International responsibilities
International Coordination: Harmonize reporting and control practices across 20+ countries, ensuring data and process consistency between corporate and regional teams.
Budget Compliance and Performance Tracking: Drive and consolidate global budget processes, ensuring rigorous tracking of variances and monthly results.
Transformation and Continuous Improvement: Lead the redesign of controlling and reporting processes, proposing innovative solutions.
Qualifications
Strong analytical and critical thinking with intellectual curiosity.
Excellent interpersonal skills and service-oriented mindset.
Rigor, organization, and the ability to handle complex data.
Solid knowledge of controlling, budgeting, and accounting principles.
Languages & Tools
Full working proficiency in English and French
Advanced Excel skills; Microsoft 365 proficiency; Tableau knowledge is a plus.
Academic & professional background
Academic background: Master’s degree in Finance or Grande Ecole program with major in Finance.
5 years of experience in Finance, Controlling, or Internal Audit.
