Job Description:
Colgate-Palmolive is looking for a detail-oriented Financial Analyst to support financial planning and reporting within the North American division. Based at the New York headquarters, this position offers a strong path to career growth in global finance.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare monthly and quarterly financial reports and forecasts
Support budgeting and cost analysis for multiple business units
Assist with variance analysis and performance reviews
Ensure compliance with internal controls and financial policies
Partner with marketing and operations teams on business planning
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics
2–4 years of relevant finance experience; CPG or manufacturing preferred
Advanced Excel skills and knowledge of SAP or Hyperion
Strong problem-solving and interpersonal communication skills
Detail-oriented and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
