Job Description:
Colgate-Palmolive is seeking a strategic and creative Brand Manager to join its Marketing team in New York City. This role will lead brand growth initiatives, manage product portfolios, and drive consumer engagement for one of the company's flagship brands.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute brand marketing plans across digital, retail, and media channels
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales, R&D, and Supply Chain
Analyze market trends, consumer data, and performance metrics to optimize campaigns
Manage brand budgets and agency relationships
Support innovation and go-to-market strategies for new product launches
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field; MBA preferred
3–5 years of experience in consumer goods or brand management
Strong analytical and communication skills
Proficiency with Nielsen/IRI data and digital marketing tools
Passion for brand storytelling and consumer engagement
