Job Description:
Triumph Foods is seeking experienced Maintenance Technicians to maintain and repair equipment in our USDA-regulated processing facility in St. Joseph. This hands-on role ensures safe and efficient plant operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain production machinery and support systems
Perform scheduled preventive maintenance
Read technical manuals and schematics to diagnose issues
Document repairs and follow plant safety protocols
Collaborate with production teams to reduce downtime
Requirements:
High school diploma or GED; technical training preferred
2+ years of industrial maintenance experience
Familiarity with electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical systems
Ability to work in a cold environment and perform physical tasks
Welding or refrigeration experience is a plus
