Job Description:
GlobalTech Solutions AG is seeking an enthusiastic English-speaking Customer Support Specialist to assist international clients using our software products. Based in Zurich, this role offers an exciting opportunity to work in a multicultural, tech-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide email, phone, and chat support to English-speaking customers
Troubleshoot technical issues and escalate complex problems
Maintain accurate records in the CRM system
Collaborate with internal departments to resolve client concerns
Deliver excellent customer service with a proactive mindset
Requirements:
Fluent in English; German or French is a plus
1–2 years of customer support experience, preferably in tech
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Proficiency with CRM tools and basic troubleshooting
Valid work permit or EU citizenship preferred
