Job Description:
Armstrong Supply Chain Solutions is seeking experienced Forklift Operators to join our Memphis, TN warehouse team. This role is critical to efficient material movement and timely order fulfillment in a high-volume logistics center.
Key Responsibilities:
Operate forklifts to load, unload, and transport goods throughout the warehouse
Assist with receiving, staging, and shipping processes
Perform equipment safety inspections before use
Work closely with warehouse staff to meet productivity targets
Maintain compliance with safety and operational procedures
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent
Minimum 1 year of experience operating sit-down or stand-up forklifts
Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain
Ability to lift heavy materials and follow safety protocols
Team player with strong work ethic
