Job Description:
Capital Logistics Group is hiring a reliable and motivated Warehouse Associate to support inventory and order fulfillment operations at our Richmond, VA distribution center. Join a fast-paced team with steady hours and growth opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
Receive, inspect, and organize incoming shipments
Pick, pack, and label customer orders
Use handheld scanners and inventory management systems
Assist with inventory counts and stock replenishment
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment
Requirements:
High school diploma or GED preferred
1+ year of warehouse or logistics experience is a plus
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet for extended periods
Forklift certification preferred (or willingness to obtain)
Team player with strong attention to detail
