Job Description
We are seeking a professional and customer-focused Front Office Agent to join our team in Cairo, Egypt. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a crucial role in creating a welcoming and efficient environment, ensuring a memorable stay for all visitors.
Greet and register guests, providing a warm and professional welcome
Perform check-in and check-out procedures accurately and efficiently
Handle guest inquiries and requests promptly and courteously
Manage reservations and room assignments using hotel management software
Process payments and maintain accurate financial records
Assist with currency exchange and safety deposit box services
Collaborate with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction
Promote hotel services and local attractions to enhance guest experience
Address and resolve guest complaints in a timely and professional manner
Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
Ensure compliance with hotel policies and safety procedures
Assist with night audit duties when assigned to evening shifts
Qualifications
Post-Secondary Education or relevant qualifications in Hotel Management
Minimum 2 years of Guest Relations experience, preferably in a four or five-star hotel
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
Proficiency in hotel management software
Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Basic math skills for handling financial transactions
Knowledge of local attractions and services in Cairo
Ability to work cohesively as part of a team
Cultural sensitivity and ability to work in a diverse environment
Problem-solving skills and ability to remain calm under pressure

The spectacular reception leads the way to 543 elegantly designed rooms, suites restaurants, bars and a health club the 25th floor with a comprehensive range of fitness facilities including a signature Willow Stream Spa as well as a sky-high swimming pool.
Physical Aspects of Position (include but are not limited to):
• Constant standing and walking throughout shift.
• Frequent lifting and carrying up to 30 lbs.
• Occasional kneeling, pushing, pulling, lifting.
• Occasional ascending or descending ladders, stairs and ramps.
Visa Requirements: Must be legally permitted to work in Egypt.
