Job Description:
Bruker Corporation is hiring a detail-oriented Manufacturing Technician to support the production of advanced scientific instruments at our Billerica, MA facility. This role is essential to assembling, testing, and inspecting high-performance analytical equipment used in laboratories worldwide.
Key Responsibilities:
Assemble complex electromechanical components following engineering specifications
Perform calibration, alignment, and functional testing of instruments
Document assembly and testing procedures accurately
Identify and troubleshoot basic production issues
Maintain clean workstations and comply with safety protocols
Requirements:
Associate degree in Electronics, Manufacturing Technology, or related field preferred
1–2 years of experience in high-tech manufacturing or production environment
Ability to read schematics, blueprints, and work instructions
Basic soldering and electronics handling skills
Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity
