Job Description:
Edgewell Personal Care is seeking a motivated Production Operator to support high-volume manufacturing operations at our Dover facility. In this role, you will be responsible for operating equipment that produces trusted personal care brands used by millions every day.
Key Responsibilities:
Operate and monitor automated packaging and production machinery
Ensure production targets and quality standards are met
Perform regular equipment checks and basic troubleshooting
Follow safety and GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) guidelines
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Requirements:
High school diploma or GED
1+ year of experience in manufacturing or production preferred
Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety
Basic mechanical aptitude and good communication skills
