-トレーニング戦略と実行： 戦略目標に沿ったホテルトレーニングプランと予算の策定、実施、管理、トレーニングニーズ分析の実施、カスタマイズされたトレーニングプログラムの設計と実施、包括的なトレーニングカレンダーの管理、アコーおよびブランド標準のトレーニングへの参加の徹底。

-チーム開発およびサポート： コーチング、カウンセリング、アドバイザリーサポートを提供し、身だしなみ、制服、行動基準の遵守を確認し、必要に応じて主要なT&Cポリシーの翻訳と伝達を行う。

-管理と協力： また、社外のパートナーや協会との連携を図り、GMまたはタレント＆カルチャー・ディレクターの指示に従い、その他の職務を遂行する。

•Training Strategy & Execution: Develops, implements, and manages the Hotel Training Plan and budget aligned with strategic goals; conducts training needs analyses; designs and delivers tailored training programs; maintains a comprehensive training calendar; ensures participation in Accor and brand-standard training.

•Team Development & Support: Facilitates onboarding, orientation, and on-the-job training in coordination with department heads; provides coaching, counselling, and advisory support; ensures compliance with grooming, uniform, and behavioral standards; translates and communicates key T&C policies as needed.

•Administration & Collaboration: Maintains accurate training records and submits reports; supports policy implementation and staff events; liaises with external partners and associations; performs other duties as assigned by the GM or Director of Talent & Culture.


資格

-L&Dの監督経験とMicrosoft Officeのスキルが必要。

-コミュニケーション力、組織力、問題解決力に優れ、信頼できるプロフェッショナルな方。

-ゲスト重視、チーム志向、ダイナミックな環境で活躍できる方

•L&D supervisory experience and Microsoft Office skills required; related degree preferred

•Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving; reliable and professional

•Guest-focused, team-oriented, thrives in dynamic settings
