電気、ガス、水道などのエネルギー管理
廃棄物の適正処理・管理、廃棄物削減、資源管理
依頼書、報告書、請求書など各種書類の作成。 メールチェック・管理 文書作成
関係部署、協力会社との調整業務。

Hotel guest room wallpaper repairs, touch-ups and maintenance of items such as wallpaper. carpets, and fixtures, as well as repair and painting work
Overall operational management of buildings and facilities.
Management of building maintenance operations through outsourcing and collaboration with partner companies.
Development and implementation of maintenance, repair, and renewal plans for furniture, fixtures, and equipment, including kitchen appliances, within hotel rooms and premises.
Energy management of electricity, gas, watert and other utilities.
Proper disposal and management of waste, waste reduction, and resource management.
Creating various documents such as requests, reports, and invoices. Email checking and management Document creation .
Coordination tasks with relevant sections and partner companies.

資格

塗装・内装補修工事の経験
家具・什器のタッチアップや修理、塗装工事の経験
壁紙やカーペットなどの補修・改修経験
ホテル施設メンテナンス経験者 上記いずれかの経験者は優遇

Experience in painting and interior repair work.
Experience in furniture and fixture touch-ups and repairs , painting work
