Job Description

Our BASIN Glacial Waters will provide elevated food and beverage offerings to patrons of the facility providing not only unique culinary experiences, but a range of Beverages tailored to complete our guests journey towards wellness. Our team will be highly regarded at the hotel and considered to be a key factor for the overall guest experience of this brand new facility. Together, let’s turn Moments into Special Memories.

Position Type: Permanent
Start Date: June/July 2025
Pay Rate: $19.47/hour

Job Duties Include:

Take guest orders and prepare them to their preferences
Monitor inventory of supplies, ensuring everything is restocked as needed.
Engage with guests to create a welcoming environment, handle complaints, and ensure satisfaction.
Work closely with our culinary team on offerings and ensuring quality and presentation is exceeded
Keep the Food and Beverage areas clean, including equipment and countertops.
Ensure accurate ordering in Micros POS system

Qualifications

Minimum 6 months’ food and beverage experience
Experience with handling cash
Ability to constantly stand and walk throughout shift
Frequent lifting and carrying up to 20 lbs
Occasional kneeling, pushing, pulling, lifting
You may be required to work on holidays, weekends, overnights and other non-day shifts. Submission of your application to Fairmont Chateau Lake Louise indicates that you are able to meet these requirements as needed.
