Job Description:
Precise Manufacturing & Engineering is hiring experienced CNC Machinists for its precision machining operations in Vancouver, WA. This role is ideal for detail-oriented individuals with a background in machining high-tolerance parts for aerospace, defense, or industrial clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Set up and operate CNC mills and/or lathes to manufacture precision components
Read and interpret engineering blueprints, CAD drawings, and specifications
Inspect parts using calipers, micrometers, and other precision measuring tools
Perform tool changes, offsets, and program edits as needed
Ensure quality control and adhere to tight tolerances and deadlines
Requirements:
High school diploma or GED; technical training preferred
Minimum 2 years of CNC machining experience
Familiarity with G-code and CNC programming (Haas/Fanuc preferred)
Strong attention to detail and quality standards
Ability to work independently or as part of a small production team
