Job Description:
Harley-Davidson is hiring experienced Maintenance Technicians to keep its Milwaukee manufacturing operations running at peak performance. This role supports production by maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing facility equipment and systems.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on manufacturing equipment
Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems
Work with PLCs and automated control systems
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards
Document maintenance activities and maintain accurate records
Requirements:
Associate’s degree or technical certification in industrial maintenance preferred
3+ years of experience in maintenance within a manufacturing setting
Knowledge of motors, conveyors, pneumatics, and automation systems
Ability to read blueprints and technical manuals
Strong safety focus and ability to work under pressure
