In this role you will
• Drive Business Intelligence through the recommended CRM tool and new technologies used by Sales Force
• Further develop Performance Management locally (KPIs, performance analysis, toolkit)
• Support Planning & follow up whole budget process
• Support Planning & follow up whole incentive process
About you
To be able to successful in the role, you need to have
• Minimum of 2 years of commercial excellence or business analysis experience in the pharmaceutical industry
• High level of analytics and insight generation required
• Strong collaboration/interpersonal skills
• Excellent analytical thinking skill
