We are looking for an EU Zone Cash Controllerto join ourEU Zone Finance teamin Global Finance function, the position is based inParis. In this position, you will report to theSenior FP&A Manager.

Your main responsibilities will be to:

Organize and coordinate cash reporting.
Develop and maintain cash flow forecasts, incorporating the impact of subsidies and other financial inflows.
Oversee the processing and reconciliation of cash transactions, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
Be responsible for monthly analysis of actual and forecasted data and presentations for EU Board & Comex.
Coordinate with local teams to optimize cash flow and manage cash handling risks.
Prepare and present FCF/OFCF/CASH information to management.
Develop and implement regional cash management policies and procedures.
Animate FCF/OFCF/CASH/Working capital at regional level: prepare cash targets and animate/follow-up with CBUs towards the target.
Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations and standards.
Provide training and support to local finance teams on cash management.


About you
The criteria below remain indicative. A candidate who has a different combination of experience and skills could also be considered.

At least 5+ years of experience in Financial Control, Business controlling or Audit, and 2+ years of experience in cash management / working capital management / corporate treasury.
Strong analytical skills.
Adaptability, working with autonomy & capacity to multitask and work efficiently under pressure.
Ability to create good working relationship with different types of stakeholders.
Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
Fluency in English is mandatory, speaking other languages is a plus.
