About the job:
Part of Danone Global DBS group as a dedicated MDM resource responsible for Tier Two bank data validation, sensitive data confirmation, and maintenance of Bank Key master data.
Work together with bank certification tool providers, vendors, data owners, master data teams, treasury, and procure-to-pay functions to ensure high-quality and secure Vendor & Intercompany Bank Data.
Validate Vendors Bank Data in line with agreed SLA using bank certification tool providers.
Ensure all sensitive Vendor/Intercompany data aligns with provided documentation and resolve any discrepancies with Master Data or the requestor.
Maintain complete, accurate, and high-quality bank keys master data.
Supervise all requests as part of the Global Finance Master Data team and ensure data is created and maintained according to rules, guidelines, and work instructions.
About you
We are looking for candidates who meet the following criteria:
Education: University Degree or proven track record in Accounting, Treasury, Finance, Data Management, or a similar area.
Experience:
1 year of business experience in Accounting, Finance, Treasury, Customer Service, or Master Data Management.
Hands-on experience with big ERP systems, such as SAP (SAP FI/CO/MM/AA).
Experience with MD workflow and data management tools (Tibco, Orsoft, ServiceNow) is a plus.
Proficient in using Microsoft Office, with a focus on Excel processing.
Competencies:
Good English knowledge (at least B2 level).
Strong interpersonal skills to work effectively in a team.
Excellent communication skills.
Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently.
Ability to learn and develop in a multicultural environment.
Attention to detail and accuracy.
Customer-focused with an emphasis on clear communication.
