Job Description:
Maple Manufacturing Group is hiring Factory Production Workers to support its growing manufacturing operations in Toronto. This position involves hands-on work on the production line, ensuring product quality and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
Operate production line machinery and equipment
Assemble, inspect, and package products according to specifications
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Follow safety procedures and company guidelines
Meet daily production targets and work collaboratively with the team
Requirements:
High school diploma or GED preferred
Previous factory or manufacturing experience is an asset but not required
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
Strong attention to detail and punctuality
Willingness to learn and follow instructions
