Job Description:
Arctic Build & Excavation is hiring skilled Heavy Equipment Operators for ongoing infrastructure and excavation projects in the Anchorage area. Join our team and operate state-of-the-art equipment on various commercial and residential job sites.
Key Responsibilities:
Operate bulldozers, excavators, loaders, and graders for site preparation
Perform trenching, grading, and earthmoving tasks with precision
Conduct daily inspections of equipment to ensure safety and functionality
Work collaboratively with ground crews and site supervisors
Adhere to all safety regulations and job site protocols
Requirements:
High school diploma or GED preferred
Minimum 2 years of experience operating heavy equipment in construction
Knowledge of grading, excavation, and reading site plans
Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
