Job Description:
Seacoast Distribution Services is hiring skilled Forklift Operators for our Portsmouth, NH distribution center. This position is responsible for safe material handling, loading/unloading, and supporting warehouse logistics activities.
Key Responsibilities:
Safely operate forklifts to transport pallets and goods
Load and unload freight from trucks and containers
Ensure accurate inventory handling and placement
Perform routine forklift maintenance and safety checks
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Requirements:
Previous forklift operation experience (at least 1 year)
Valid forklift operator certification (training can be provided)
Strong safety awareness and work ethic
Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in fast-paced warehouse settings
Basic computer skills for inventory management systems
