Our Quality team is looking for a Quality Jr. Manager to work with our copackers in São Paulo, SP.
Key Responsabilities:
Oversee the quality management system and the team in our co-manufacturing operations.
Implement and maintain quality standards across all processes.
Inspect materials, equipment, processes, and final products to ensure compliance.
Develop and manage quality control systems.
Determine and implement corrective actions when deviations occur.
Conduct investigations and root cause analyses.
Monitor processes and validate results to ensure effectiveness.
Ensure all products meet corporate and regulatory standards.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Maintain compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
About you
Target Profile:
Degree in Food Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or Biological Engineering.
3+ years of experience in quality management within a manufacturing environment.
Proven experience in co-manufacturing or working with external manufacturing partners.
Familiarity with ISO, FSSC 22000, and other relevant quality standards.
Expertise in developing and implementing quality management systems.
Proficiency in audits, inspections, and testing to ensure compliance.
Experience in leading continuous improvement initiatives.
Skilled in implementing corrective actions and conducting trend analysis.
Ability to develop and execute strategies to improve process flow and efficiency.
Experience in training and educating teams on quality control measures.
Ability to anticipate and respond to sector trends, risks, and opportunities.
Strong focus on ensuring products meet customer expectations and specifications.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Valid driver’s license and availability for regular travel.
Advanced or fluent English proficiency.
