Job Description:
La Ventana Glass is seeking hardworking Production Associates for our glass manufacturing facility in Las Cruces, NM. This role involves the assembly and fabrication of high-quality glass products for residential and commercial clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Measure, cut, and assemble glass components to specifications
Operate hand tools and machinery in a production environment
Inspect products for defects and maintain quality standards
Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work area
Collaborate with team members to meet production goals
Requirements:
High school diploma or GED preferred
Experience in manufacturing, construction, or general labor is a plus
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform repetitive tasks
Attention to detail and willingness to learn
Reliable and punctual with a team-oriented mindset
