We are seeking a passionate and experienced People Engagement Specialist to lead our internal communication, people engagement, and diversity and inclusion initiatives. This role is critical in shaping our company culture and ensuring that all employees feel valued, heard, and included.
In this position, as a member of our People & Culture team, you will have a mission-critical role to play in connecting and engaging our people to enable their maximum contribution to the journey that our company has now fully embarked on.
Your day-to-day tasks
Develop and implement effective internal communication and people engagement strategies, aligned with our long-term company strategy as well as ad-hoc business need, to ensure clear, consistent, and engaging messaging across the organization.
Manage all available communication channels and situationally use the most appropriate one to ensure continuous dialog with our employees, including content creation and maintenance on intranet, social media and other channels.
Collaborate with leadership to design and organize employee engagement activities that accelerate internal transformation process, including event planning and facilitation of company events and internal workshops e.g. regular Business updates, corporate culture activities and talent development trainings and workshops.
Lead efforts to promote diversity, equity, and inclusion within the company, including coordination of Employee Representative Groups (ERGs), training programs, and initiatives that foster an inclusive workplace.
Manage change management efforts related to People & Culture programs, including local design customization of global change management plans and execution.
Lead and deploy corporate or cluster (Belgium, Netherlands, Luxembourg & Hungary) people engagement initiatives locally; be active member of PMI’s people engagement community
Act as an adviser and consultant for business during various projects, activities to ensure proper and timely communication is provided to all employees
Who we are looking for?
At least 1-2 years of experience in communications (preferably in human resources, internal communication, people engagement)
College or university degree (Communications/Economics/Psychology/HR)
Excellent communication (both verbal and written) and interpersonal skills
Confidence in public presentation, live facilitation
Ability to create compelling content & organize events (both online and offline)
Strong project management and organizational abilities
Ability to analyze data (e.g. engagement survey) and articulate compelling learnings and action plans
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and manage different stakeholders at all levels of the organization
Fluency in both Hungarian and English
