Job Description:
ChemTreat is seeking a dedicated Water Treatment Field Technician to support industrial water treatment programs in the Glen Allen, VA region. This hands-on role involves field service, customer interaction, and technical support for water treatment systems.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform on-site testing of water systems (cooling towers, boilers, etc.)
Monitor chemical dosing equipment and adjust treatment plans
Provide technical support to customers and ensure service quality
Document site visits, prepare reports, and communicate results
Assist with troubleshooting and corrective actions
Requirements:
Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Chemistry, or related field preferred
Previous experience in water treatment or field service is a plus
Strong problem-solving and mechanical aptitude
Valid driver’s license and ability to travel locally
Excellent communication and organizational skills
